Put money on the thing you keep putting off. Pick a goal, a deadline and a stake. Arming places a hold on your card, not a charge. Do it, report done, and the hold is released: you pay $0. Miss it, and the stake is charged.

A commitment device, with nothing to win

You can't profit or take anyone else's money; the only way to pay is to not do what you said you would. For adults 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live if higher.

Where the money goes

Runners High Group Limited keeps a charged stake. We give 80% of it away ourselves, to the registered charity you point us at, and keep 20% for payment fees and running the app. It is our donation, not yours, so there is no tax receipt. Stakes are in Canadian dollars (CAD); your card issuer may convert them and add foreign-exchange fees.
